The Promises of God

This "plus" set of 28 sentences was inspired by the desire to provide teachers with a set of encouraging scripture promises and students with a set of relatively easy diagramming challenges. We believe that this set will be particularly accessible for beginning diagrammers and hope that both teachers and students will come away from their grammar studies being encouraged by the message and the mode!

The 28 sentences are overwhelmingly simple structures with a few compound predicates and subordinate clauses thrown in for an extra challenge. A few of the sentences included are: 

• God fights for us.
  
• God is good and cares for us.
• God always keeps His promises.
• When we abide in Him, God makes our lives fruitful.

Visual students will appreciate Grammar Nerds Club's color-coding for various parts of speech as they learn to recognize these building blocks of sentences.
